Return & Refund Policy
At DentPulp, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and safety standards required for dental products.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged:
- Consumables and disposable products
- Opened or used items
- Products marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request images or videos for verification. Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy will apply.
Shipping Charges on Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).
